  The Va Healthcare System should be the envy of all other healthcare systems worldwide considering what it's patients had to sacrifice to be a part of it. Sadly, I think we can all have a laugh and agree this is far from the case.
  
  It's a very sad state of affairs when an unemployed, flag burning, America hating, terrorist refugee, who recieving welfare is able to get quicker and higher quality healthcare than those of us who went out and had to earn it the hard way.
  
  In this day and age, I cannot fathom why we as a country have still not given veterans top quality & priority healthcare care. In my opinion, and i'm sure i'm not alone, we should have sense enough as a country to slash every socialized government funded program's funding accross the board as much as necessary to ensure the VA System has the resources they need to overhaul and reinvent the entire VA System from the ground up. The bureaucracy that is currently sucking the life out of the VA should be disbanded and restructured and made to run lean, mean, and efficient so that the funding could be spent on all the facets that truely matter like state of the art facilities with renound doctors in all fields, the very best nurses, medical support staff, administrators, all the way down to the janitors.
  
  It has always saddened me that those who have given nothing to our country continue to receive all, and those who currently give and gave their all are marginalized and ignored for the most part. A crack smoking criminal has a better chance of getting proper & timely medical care than a combat veteran, or vertan in general! I could talk all day about this and offer a million suggestions to help breathe life back into this broken institution, but it takes a whole country and collective shift of thought and priorities to make this sort of thing possibe. Remeber that you all have a voice and it is heard loudest when you exercise you right to vote on local, state, and federal issues. Make sure we get the right representatives and leaders elected to help our cause.
